Hello! Thanks for visiting our page. We just wanted to take a few minutes to introduce ourselves. Let's start with the kids... our youngest is Addie. Addie is a preteen with a love for animals, swimming, dance and of course, social media. She is a strong, resilient, sweet gal with lots of empathy and love. She is a brain cancer survivor of 11 years and recently recovered from brain surgery to maintain her health. Nothing will get in her way!
Next is our growing young man, Colton. He is a witty, strong, and intelligent risk taker that has also overcome many hardships. During the pandemic, Colton struggled with mental health issues and was hospitalized. He is very open about his experiences and anticipates helping others with mental illness and suicidal ideations. He is unsure of his future path, but has a love for adventure, nature and Spider-Man.
Jayme and Meg have grown their love without boundaries over the last 10+ years. Their relationship developed from unusual circumstances, but they have blended their families together with great pride and love. Jayme enjoys pulling our big rig all over the country, skydiving, fishing and has the most patient heart. Meg is the master chaos coordinator, that ensures everything is just right. She has climbed the corporate ladder as a Hospice RN, but after some heartache and burnout, decided to take the leap of faith and present this wild idea of full time travel to the family. Luckily, we all agreed and we were off.
We have 2 grown children back home, Hailey and Jared. Hailey is seriously committed in love, recently purchased her first home and is currently in school for radiology technology. Jared is a smart young man with a love for sports, especially the Boston Celtics. He enjoys hanging out with his buds, playing video games and being with family. We love coming back home to them and look forward to the next time.
Last, but not least... our dog, Clyde. He is a middle aged pitbull, with a strong love for his family, especially his Momma. He is the sweetest, most cuddly dog we have ever owned, but truth be known... he is protective. We take many precautions to keep him and others safe. In November of 2022, he suffered from a FCE (spinal stroke in dogs) and hasn't quite returned to baseline, but he is walking and enjoying all the adventures to the best of his abilities.
